Direct Call of America has developed a state-of-the-art fulfillment management system that sets the highest standards for accuracy, speed, and customer service. This system provides a seamless link between order processing, payment processing, inventory, shipping, and returns. Inventory is received and verified, the right items are picked by location (using a system generated pick list), then packed, shipped, and billed.
The charge, the order and the products are all automatically reconciled. Returns are automatically credited by the system. For exchanges, the system creates a new shipping label for the replacement, which is shipped out the following day. Inventory levels, delivery schedules, back-order status, and out-of-stock items are instantly available to all authorized personnel.

With a professional distribution staff, a U.S. Postal Station located in our Memphis facility, daily service by all major shippers, and the latest bar code technology, Direct Call of America can manage extensive daily volume accurately and efficiently. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped on a next business day basis with same day shipping available. Our warehouse information systems are connected to United Parcel Service and Federal Express for automated manifesting. We work with each client to determine the most cost-efficient delivery methods. In addition, our high volume allows us to pass substantial savings on to our clients.

Inventory Management
In addition to transmitting orders, our clients are able to monitor all aspects of fulfillment, including inventory levels and order status, as well as select and print their own reports from the Internet. These services are available at any time. Clients can bring up sale history in order to answer a customer's inquiries, all from a remote client location. Our fulfillment center even allows clients to set warnings and inventory reorder levels. We can also generate purchase orders, with item specific review points, reorder points, and reorder quantities for obtaining stock from your suppliers.
